Viral Analyzer Pro ("we", "our", "us") is a YouTube analytics tool for content creators. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.

2. What data we collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • •Account information: Your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase)
  • •Payment information: Processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • •YouTube channel data: Public data fetched from the YouTube Data API including video titles, view counts, engagement metrics and channel statistics.
  • •Usage data: Which channels you analyze and which features you use, to improve the product.
  • •Competitor tracking data: Channel IDs you choose to track, stored in our database.

3. How we use your data

  • •To provide and improve the Viral Analyzer Pro service
  • •To send email alerts when your tracked competitors post or go viral
  • •To send weekly digest emails (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • •To process payments and manage your subscription
  • •To respond to your support requests

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.

4. Third parties we work with

Supabase

Stores your account data and authentication. GDPR compliant. Privacy Policy

Stripe

Processes all payments. We never see your card details. Privacy Policy

Anthropic (Claude AI)

Powers our AI title generator, script optimizer and video concept generator. Your script content is sent to Anthropic's API to generate suggestions. Privacy Policy

YouTube Data API

We use YouTube's public API to fetch channel and video statistics. Only publicly available data is accessed. Google Privacy Policy

Resend

Sends transactional emails (alerts, digests). Your email address is shared with Resend for delivery. Privacy Policy

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial reasons (e.g. payment records).

6. Your rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You have the right to:

  • •Request correction of inaccurate data
  • •Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • •Opt out of marketing emails at any time
