1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Viral Analyzer Pro ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the service is

Viral Analyzer Pro is a YouTube analytics and AI-powered content tool that helps creators analyse channel performance, track competitors, generate video ideas, optimise scripts and manage their content strategy.

The Service uses the YouTube Data API, Anthropic's Claude AI, and other third-party services to provide its features.

3. Accounts

  • •You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • •You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account
  • •You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
  • •You may not share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • •Use the Service in ways that violate YouTube's Terms of Service or Google's API policies
  • •Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, copy or create derivative works of the Service
  • •Resell, sublicense or commercialise access to the Service without our written permission
  • •Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its servers or databases
  • •Use automated tools to excessively query our API beyond normal usage patterns

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action except in cases of serious or repeated violations.

5. Subscriptions and payments

  • •Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • •Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • •You can cancel anytime via the Billing section in your account
  • •Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then
  • •All payments are processed securely by Stripe

6. Refund policy

We offer a 7-day free trial on all paid plans — no credit card charged until the trial ends.

After the trial, if you are unsatisfied within the first 14 days of your first paid charge, contact us at support@viralanalyzer.pro for a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period.

7. No guarantee of results

Viral Analyzer Pro provides data analysis and AI-generated suggestions to help you make better decisions. We do not guarantee any specific results, including increased views, subscribers, or revenue. YouTube's algorithm is outside our control.

8. Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Viral Analyzer Pro. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service (scripts, titles, etc.).

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Billing section.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viral Analyzer Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
